WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking someone to supervise the delivery and upkeep of our camping and glamping operation and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This supervisory position will work with the Adventure Sports Director to ensure smooth processes and adequate resources are in place to deliver an exceptional camping and glamping experience for our guests. This role requires onsite and available Thursday through Sunday May through October.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset 
  • Exceptional ability to provide outstanding guest service 
  • Ability & comfort to help lead and support a diverse team of attendants in the setup, cleaning, maintenance, inventory and storage of our camping and glamping assets. 
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, email, etc.) 
  • Strong leadership skills and organizational skills 
  • Enjoys planning and coordinating multiple teams 
  • Accountability and timeliness 
  • Must be willing to work outside, for long periods of time, in any conditions. 
  • Must be willing to commit to working Thursday through Sunday, onsite, from 9am to 5pm through the end of October 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Recruit, develop and retain top talent.  
  •  Delivers pre-shift meetings regarding safety, guest service and planning with staff. 
  • Assists in the thorough upkeep, inventory, and storage of our assets.
  • Assists in pre- and post-season planning and discussions for the line of business.
  • Communicates and coordinates to ensure a clear daily, weekly, and monthly plan.
  • Handles the scheduling and timekeeping of the staff.
  • Scheduling the appropriate number of staff based on guest volume and operational needs
  • Assists with guest conversations and communication
  • Maintains detailed department records
